Permission for (a) the construction of 98 no. Dwellings comprising a mix of house-types including: (i) 58 no. Two-storey, three-bedroom, terraced units with roof lights on rear roof slope (house type d2); (ii) 16 no. Two-storey, three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings (house type c & c1); (iii) 8 no. Two-storey, two-bedroom terraced houses (house type e); and (iv) 16 no. Two-storey, four-bedroom semi-detached houses (house type g & g1). All dwellings will contain 2 no. On-curtilage car parking spaces; (b) access provided via phase 1 development which connects with termonfeckin road (r166); (c) the proposed development will also include the provision of cycle lanes, roads, private open space, public open space, provision of foul drainage, surface water attenuation and connection to mains water supply including pump station, esb substation, street lighting, landscaping, boundary treatments and all ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the development.
