Planning permission sought for a) internal alterations and single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling currently in use as a residence for 4no persons (to be increased to 6no persons) with an intellectual or physical disability or mental illness and persons providing care for such persons (2 no). (b) convert and form a single storey extension to the side of the existing detached domestic garage to form a self-contained habitable space to be used in conjunction with the dwelling as described in (a) above.
