Decommissioning/conversion works and ancillary site development works to be carried out at site as detailed in report which accompanies application. This is a modification to the part 8 planning permission previously granted for the foxford sewerage scheme. A new high level emergency stormwater overflow discharging to the river moy to facilitate the discharge of storm water from the proposed green road pumping station. A new treated effluent outfall discharging to the river moy to service the proposed wastewater treatment plant (for which part 8 planning permission has previously been granted) a new pumped wastewater pipeline from the existing ballina road pumping station on the west bank of the river moy, beneath the river bed, to the proposed gravity sewer on the green road
