Existing buildings (comprising no's 4,5&6 upper main st) approx 255sqm; includes for the signage for the proposed foodstore and roof mounted solar panels. The development will be accessed from upper main st and will be served by 105 no. Car parking spaces. Also includes for the upgrade of an existing laneway from upper main st thus providing a pedestrian access from upper main st. To the proposed aldi car park, the provision of an esb substation as well as all landscaping, boundary treatments and site development works, a trolley bay, ev charging spaces, cycle spaces, bin storage, upgrade of existing vehicular access and provision of a table top junction at upper main st, connection to existing services and all other ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
