Each block will be of 3-storey height. Block a will contain 18 no. Apartments (6 no. One-bedroom and 12 no. Two-bedroom). Block b will contain 12 no. Apartments (6 no. One-bedroom and 6 no. Two-bedroom). Block c will contain 24 no. Apartments (12 no. One-bedroom and 12 no. Two-bedroom). Each unit will be provided with private open space in the form of a balcony/terrace; (ii) the development will also include an area of communal open space (c. 421 sq. M); (iv) provision of bicycle parking spaces and 59 no. Car parking spaces, including 2 no. Disabled car parking spaces and 5 no.
