Residential dwellings on a site measuring 0.759 ha located adjacent to new road, enfield, co. Meath. The proposed development is comprised of 12 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses and 1 no. 5 bed detached house. Vehicular access to he development is proposed from the north of the subject lands via new road, modifications to new road are proposed including the closing of the road to the south of the subject site at the existing junction between new road and r148, modifying the new road into a cul-de-sac with pedestrian and cyclist access provide from r148 enfield relief road. The development provides for pedestrian and cyclist access connections onto the enfield relief road (r148). The development also provides for all associated site development works, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, public open space car parking, associated signage etc.
