Of reception/office/ancillary areas at ground and first floor levels); new road and pedestrian access extending north from the existing ldr 6 distributor road, and a total of 73 no. Car-parking spaces and 84 no. Bicycle-parking spaces serving the three proposed units; totem sign at the south-east corner of the site approx
