The proposed development will consist of the construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the side (south) of the existing house to house a bedroom, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe with 2 rooflights over bathroom and a pitched roof extension with 3 rooflights to the rear (west) to house a living space. The proposed ground floor extensions measure 38 m2 (total gross house area including existing house is 126 m2). The proposed development will also consist of removal of walls and reconfiguration of the layout to allow for the relocation of bedrooms from the rear to the front of the house and an open plan living, dining and kitchen space opening to the rear garden to the west and all associated site, drainage and landscaping works
