The development for permission will consist of the use of the site as an early learning and childcare facility ( commonly referred to as a creche) and will include the construction of a detached pitched roofed part single and part two storey childcare facility building including roof mounted pv (solar) panels, an associated detached pitched roofed single storey building for part use for storage and for 24 cycle parking spaces, car parking comprising of 21 new surface car parking spaces ( in addition to the 13 existing designated car parking spaces on willow avenue), outdoor play spaces, identification and directional signage ( part externally illuminated ), landscaped amenity space, a service yard including bin storage, plant and fuel storage areas, vehicular and pedestrian access from the r147 / dublin road, pedestrian and cyclists' access from the greenway off willow avenue, all associated lighting, landscaping, fencing, boundary treatments and foul and surface water drainage etc.
