The development will consist of the construction of a primary care centre and associated development (7-storeys) with a total gross floor area of c. 7,215 sq. M as follows: i. 1 no. General practitioner practice unit (239 sq. M) and 1 no. Retail pharmacy unit (111 sq. M) located at ground floor level, with a primary care centre (accessed from ground floor level) consisting of 1,477sq. M of treatment/office/support space across ground, first, second and third floor levels, an enhanced community care hub at third and fourth floor levels (1,182 sq. M), community mental health team unit at fifth floor level (950 sq. M), mental health service unit at third and sixth floor levels (761 sq. M), social care service unit at ground and third floor levels (587sq. M), primary care centre dental practice at first floor level (434 sq.
