A detached single storey garage/workshop, new septic tank and percolation area, underground rainwater harvesting tank, ground mounted solar panels, upgrading of existing internal access road, new vehicular entrance gateway to replace the existing agricultural gate, landscaping works consisting of extensive tree planting, internal foot trails and two ponds.
