The development will consist of the following: (a) retention permission is sought for (1) demolition of a front porch and the construction of a replacement porch (2) demolition of the ruins of a derelict outbuilding to the rear of the house and the construction of a replacement single storied extension (3) the construction of a two storied extension to the side of the existing house (4) the installation of a proprietary waste water treatment unit to replace a previously existing septic tank (5) and all ancillary site development works.
