Entrance and driveway. The development will also consist of permission for the following (a) revised location of proposed replacement dwelling on site from that previously granted permission under planning reference 21/664 together with revised site boundaries. (b) detached domestic garage, (c) retain and renovate the existing dwelling being replaced for use as a proposed home office and games room which will include modifications to elevations and plan layout for ancillary use to the main dwelling house. (d) construction of indoor and outdoor riding arena together with a gallops (e) separate detached building comprising of a 2 lane swimming pool and home gym. (f) stable block comprising 3 no. Loose boxes, tack room, wash area, grooming room and feed storage area. (g) dungstead and seepage tank (h) proprietary waste water treatment system and polishing filter, (i) attenuation area in accordance with bre 365 (j) entrance as per planning reference 21/664.
