Independent living units, comprised of 56 no. 1 and 2 bedroom, single storey and dormer, semi-detached and terraced dwellings, and a 2 storey building accommodating 8 no. 1 bedroom apartments at ground and first floor and a community use ground floor unit (c. 150. Sq. M). Vehicular access to the development will be via an existing access onto the church road (r150).
