Development description

  • Retention permission for
  • The construction of an extension to the rear of our existing cottage consisting of a single storey, flat roofed link corridor, leading to a one and a half storey barrelled shaped roof as built. The original permission was granted under planning register number: ra200700. The floor areas as granted remain unchanged with the main deviations as follows: a) the metal sheeting to the roof was shown as red in colour whereas a black colour sheeting was used. B) the metal sheeting was shown covering the top sections of the vertical walls, this has now been replaced with a sand/cement smooth render finish. C) the timber cladding finish shown on the western elevation has been replaced with a sand/cement smooth render finish. D) the slated finish to the lean-to roof on the southern elevation has been replaced with a rubberised sheeting membrane. E) various window and door locations and sizes have been altered as is highlighted on our submitted drawings. All of the above on our site
