Retention of hardcore surfaced yard area to centre of site on location of former farm buildings together with permission to (1) construct extensions and alterations to existing slatted cubicle accommodation and former milking parlour building to include tractor passage area with underground slurry storage tanks together with carrying out internal alterations to incorporate storage areas, cattle holding pens, cattle handling and loading areas in addition to carrying out external alterations to existing elevations, (2) construct agricultural slatted shed to incorporate slatted areas, feed and link passages and underground slurry storage tanks, (3) construct meal and bulk storage shed, (4) construct multi-span portal frame building to incorporate silage pits and manure pit, (5) install effluent collection tank, (6) construct 2 no.
