Retention permission for amendment to previously approved permission (reg. Ref. Na40126). The amendment for which retention permission is sought is the removal of condition no. 23 (demolition of this dwelling) and to retain the existing single storey detached dwelling and adjacent garage. The works for which permission is sought are construction of new single storey pitched roof extensions to the side (south-west) and rear (north-west), associated alterations to existing internal layout, roof plan & fenestration to facilitate the revised layout, provision of a new vehicular entrance from the l5013, a new waste water treatment plant & associated percolation area and a new private water well, together with all ancillary site works, landscaping and site drainage
