Retention permission is sought for the conversion of existing attic/roof space to habitable accommodation (85 sqm), comprising storage (4.8 sqm) and two bedrooms (17.4 sqm and 21 sqm), each with an en-suite bathroom, together with associated retrofit works to the existing dwelling, including new insulation, a new staircase, replacement of existing roof slates with new roof slates, increase in the roof height of the existing dwelling from 5.4m to 5.9m, and all associated ancillary works. Retention permission is also sought for a single-storey extension (21 sqm) to the rear of the dwelling, consisting of a kitchen (16.1 sqm) permission is also sought for the replacement of the existing septic tank with a biocycle treatment system on site, together with all associated site development works.
