Permitted 2 storey 4-bedroom detached house with garage, on a site of 0.284ha being part of a previously permitted residential development of 13 houses at the paddocks (ref: 22/50 & 23/578) the proposal to include alterations to elevations, changes to fenestration, internal layout changes and attic conversion to provide 2 bedrooms (total 5 bedrooms) with new gable windows new rooflights, front and rear extension of garage and associated site development & landscape works. The vehicular access is as previously permitted via the existing internal roads & entrances to killeen castle demesne. All within the overall site of approx. 0.284 ha (a protected structure)
