The development of a solar photovoltaic panel array comprising up to 61, 600 no. Solar panels on ground mounted steel frames, 1 no. On site 38 kv substation (consisting of single storey substation control building, transformers, battery storage container and associated cabling and infrastructure), 15 no. Electrical transformer/invertor station modules, underground cable ducts, hardstanding areas, perimeter fencing and security gates, access tracks, cctv and all associated site services and works on a site area of 52.2 hectares, located in the townlands of doghtog, crakenstown and bodeen, ratoath, co. Meath. Permission is also sought for a change of use of the existing entrance from the r155 to facilitate temporary construction access. Permission is sought for 10 years.
