The proposed development consists of the construction of 7 no. 4 bed detached houses, 38 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses and 50 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses and for all associated site development and infrastructural works, car parking, landscaping and open spaces, all on a site area of 4.2 hectares. Access to the site will be from the south from phase 1 of dun eimer as permitted under ref. Sa/803341 and eastham road (r150) via an existing road known as road 3 part of the permitted adjacent development known as castlemartin
