The development will consist of the following: the retention of change of use of agricultural premises (granted permission under p77/809) to a mechanical engineering workshop and for retention of all associated structures, which include a portacabin office (building a), storage/office (building b), workshop (building c), storage/workshop (building d), tent structure-working (building e), tent structure (building f), locker rooms (building g) tent structure building h) as detailed on the proposed site layout plan, the development also includes the dismantling and removal off site of an existing storage/warehouse unit (unit i), as shown on drawing no.
