The development will consist of: a) replacement of the approved 23 no. Houses and 68 no. Apartments to now provide 77 no. Dwellings (a reduction of 14 no. Dwellings) comprising 45 no. 3 bedroom, 2-storey houses, 2 no. 3 storey duplex buildings comprising 16 no. 2 bedroom apartments and 16 no. 3 bedroom apartments b) 150 no.
