Works will consist of removal of the roof on the existing dwelling and replacement with new 40° pitched roof to accommodate a vaulted ceiling in the living/kitchen areas and associated storage space. The existing dwelling is to be retained/refurbished including raising the existing flue structure on the south facing end. The existing septic tank is to be decommissioned replaced with a new patent treatment plant and percolation area. Works will include the demolition of an existing adjoining shed, the relocation of the existing site entrance and all associated site works.
