Development will consist of/consists of: - planning permission for a new storeroom (92sq. M) and new external refuse storage area (60sq. M) to the rear of the existing supermarket and all associated site and development works. The existing refuse storage area and temporary storage container will be demolished and removed. Retention permission for various amendments to the permitted site layout (reg. Ref. Ta/130989) to regularise the boundaries between the existing playground and supervalu supermarket and for amendments to the supervalu supermarket building including the following: (1) retention of expansion of the site to the north east to accommodate additional car parking to provide a total of 84no. Car parking spaces on the enlarged site of 0.49ha (76no. Spaces previously permitted on site of 0.4ha), the insertion of a new footpath and associated realignment of western and northern site boundaries and related boundary treatments. (the neighbouring playground was approved under a part 8 (ref. P8/14002) by meath county council on 13th february 2015). (2) retention of reconfiguration of car parking and circulation areas to the west of the existing supermarket building including provision of a set-down area. (3) retention of extension of footpath around the northern elevation of the supermarket building. (4) retention of relocation of previously permitted trolley bay and totem sign to the existing locations west of the supermarket. (5) retention of new access door on the north elevation and for modifications to the design of the main entrance doors on the western elevation of the supermarket.
