It also includes the reconfiguration of the existing car park of 6 number car parking spaces to the front of site, adjacent to main road, to a revised layout of 6 number car parking spaces, a set down & loading area, pedestrian pavements and site signage to existing health centre (a listed building). It also includes all associated site works including alterations & additions to sewerage and drainage layouts, site lighting, repositioning existing east fencing to natural boundary position, demolition & repositioning of existing boiler house, gas & oil tank to new service compound to the rear of site.
