The application site forms part of a site granted planning permission in 2017 under abp ref. Pl. 17.247489/p. A. Ref. No. Ta/160093 that is currently under construction and known as "efferknock". The revisions proposed involve amendments to the site layout that will result in the omission of 4 no.
