The development consists of the following works: (i) demolish existing single-storey rear extension located at lower ground level and erect a new single storey extension. (ii) construction of extension at first floor level. (iii) repair of existing roof structure to include timbers, slate, lead work and rainwater goods in accordance with historic best practice details.
