Permission to construct the following alterations to an existing single storey old railway goods shed to enable the building to contain 5 no. Terraced dwelling houses (a) demolish the existing single storey flat roof extension to the front and rear side elevations (b) lower the existing ground floor level of the existing goods shed and parts of the platform to the rear, (c) construct 4 no 2 storey and 1 no single storey dwellings within the existing structure which includes dormer windows to the front and rear elevations (d) construct block concrete boundary walls to the rear of proposed dwellings (e) construct 6 no single storey storage units (f) construct a new entrance, service road and alterations on to the drummond dale service road (g) ancillary works will include tarmacadam paving areas for car parking/circulation, footpaths and street lighting, (h) site works will include foul drainage and storm drainage for roof water and car park/circulation areas all of which to be connected to the existing town drainage network system and include all other associated site works.
