Demolition of the existing blackwater bridge and construction of a replacement permanent road bridge in the same location on the n2 over the river blackwater. Raising of existing carriageway levels by up to 1m on the n2 for a distance of approx. 330m centred on the existing bridge. Re-engineer the existing access to lacpatrick creamery and st.
