- Raising wall along section of mall road boundary to 2m high to accommodate current petroleum licence regulations
- Brick paving to replace overgrown planting at lhs of mall road entrance/exit, and 3.9 no. Car parking spaces along west and north boundary. Also retention permission to include the following upgrades

- Low welcome signage at entrance/exits
- Large totem replaced, new totum
- New offset fill to accommodate current regulations
