Permission for a development consisting of:(1)construction of a two-storey extension to the southeast of the existing school consisting of a 3-classroom sen base, associated toilets, central activities area, 2 no. Replacement classrooms and all ancillary spaces. Together with an external play area and sensory garden adjacent to the extension. Pv panels will be mounted on the roof of the proposed building. (2) alterations within the existing school provides a safe base classroom and forms an internal link to the proposed sen extension at ground and first floor levels. (3) internal alterations within the rooms at the north and south of the existing entrance doors on the western façade of the building to provide an entrance at this location. (4) extension to the existing carpark at the west of the school and provision of a further carparking area to the east of the school to replace parking spaces being lost due to the extension location. Provide an additional 9 parking spaces for the new extension. (5) alterations to the existing traffic flow in the site to provide for 2-way traffic throughout. (6) provision of ev charging points (7) all necessary siteworks associated with the above.
