No. 41310001: (i) change of use of existing three and a half storey office building to residential use providing 4 no. Two bed apartments together with all ancillary alterations, refurbishments & bin & bicycle storage (ii) refurbishment of existing two-storey derelict outbuilding to incorporate 2 no. Two-storey semi-detached three-bedroom dwellings, to include a single-storey extension to the front elevation together with all ancillary alterations and refurbishments; (iii) construction of 4no. Two-storey four-bedroom dwellings, (iv) alterations of courtyard access to include relocation of stone pier, (v) alterations of existing vehicular entrance and access road to include widening and set back of stone piers & gates, from the public road; (vi) connection to public foul drainage with storm drainage to be accommodated within site boundaries; (vii) open space, boundary treatments and all associated site works.
