Photovoltaic panels laid out in arrays, the construction of a 38kv substation (ca. 114.4m2 x 4.75m tall) and a transformer unit (ca. 18m2 x 4m tall) and associated bund, along with ancillary development including: 16 no power hubs (ca. 15.25m2 x 2.4m), which incorporate an inverter and a transformer, 1 no. Single storey communications building ( 11.1m2 x 2.5m), 1 no. Single storey client side sub-station building (15.25m2 x 2.9m), 1 no. Single storey equipment storage building (7.5m2 x 2.7m), 10 no.
