The proposed development comprises
- The construction of a revised two storey monopitch licensed discount foodstore with ancillary off licence sales, with a reduced total gross floor space of 2,624sqm and a reduced net sales area of 1,424 sqm ( 2,752sqm and 1,685 sqm respectively permitted under pd 15/344; and
