  • To construct the following upgrade works to dr. Hyde park
  • 1. Extension to existing dressing rooms located to the rear of the main stand. This will include conversion of the existing public toilets to a dressing room facility
  • Construction of 2 number new toilet blocks of approximately 128 square metres each to the rear of the main stand. Extensions to 2 existing toilet blocks to the rear of the north terrace. Construction of a new toilet block to the rear of the town end terrace. Construction of a catering and merchandising/corporate functions building of approximately 142 sq metres to the rear of the main stand
  • Construction of new turnstiles and entrance gates on the athlone road entrance and the golf links road entrance respectively
  • 39 turnstiles in total. Partial demolition of existing turnstiles and gates on golf links road entrance
  • Erection of security fencing separating the area in the ownership of the roscommon gaels gaa club from the remainder of the dr. Hyde park facility. Additional security fencing to be erected to the rear of the main stand to separate the players and officials area from the public area
  • Provision of a tarmac finish to existing unfinished areas of the ground. This will include all upgrade works required to the existing surface water disposal system including provision of underground on-site attenuation. The above to be constructed with all associated site development works at
