Pedestrian entrances off market street and chapel street in the existing site boundary stone wall, together with 1 no. Vehicular access point off market street (not part of neighbouring protected structure), including connections to all services and all associated site works. (parts of the proposed development, listed below, will occur within the curtilage of a protected structure, saint nathy's college, as defined by part iv of the 2000 planning and development act.
