Development consisting of (1) retention and completion of the existing dwelling with a change of house design, (origional design has been mirrored), and minor deviations to the distances to boundaries and finished floor level to that granted under pl04/1290. (2) permission to construct a detached garage (3) permission for changes to the elevations of the existing house as follows; change the porch roof from a gable to a hip with a canopy over. Extend a section of the roof to the front to create an overhang. Add velux windows to the front and rear elevations. Add first floor windows to both gables to allow light to the existing attic space. Install additional windows to the rear elevations of the existing rear extension. Remove one window and install 2 new smaller windows to the ground floor of the west gable elevation. (4) to install the raised percolation area as agreed under pl 04/1290 (5) carry out all ancillary site works.
