Demolish covered porch section to the front elevation and alter the eaves height to a portion of the front elevation only. Alter the window and door opes of the existing elevations to facilitate the construction of new windows and doors and to include the omission of the dormer structure on the front elevation. To alter the external render finishes of the existing dwelling.
