- Retention of covid measures to segregate the emergency department (red zone) from general hospital circulation (green zone) including temporarily moving the principle public access to the out patients department entrance on level 3 on the south façade (the mall carpark side)
- Provision of 2 no. Bus shelters for the shuttle bus service
- Creation of a new pedestrian access off the mall giving direct access to the medial beds department under croft (pl18/392 & pl20/375 refer) and temporary main entrance, with canopy over
