- Construction and alteration of the existing school building for a new two storey extension at the north of the site consisting of 11no classrooms including all ancillary accommodation and an entrance canopy
- Construction of a single storey extension to provide special education needs accommodation with attached external soft play area to the southwestern side of the site
- Associated internal and external alterations to facilitate the proposed extensions
