I, the applicant, intend to apply for planning permission to (a) material change of use, existing commercial first floor level to residential. (b) make internal alterations to existing building to permit one 2-bedroom apartment above shop, removal of internal stairwell and closing up of floor between commercial and residential, opening up rear wall of shop to access storeroom from commercial unit & internal alterations to allow for separate residential access for development at this site: burkes pharmacy, wine street, co. Sligo, f91 x718. The development will consist of one commercial unit with storeroom at ground floor level and one two-bed apartment at first floor level with all associated site works. This building is a protected structure - rps 303se. The planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the planning authority during its public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of the prescribed fee, €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
