The demolition of an existing derelict two-storey structure fronting holborn street; the construction of an extension and associated works to the existing residential building at 7–8 markievicz road to provide two additional one-bedroom apartments, fully served by the existing access, stair core and lift; the provision of ancillary ground-floor bicycle storage, refuse storage and plant accommodation accessed from holborn street for the benefit of the existing and proposed residential units; the provision of a roof terrace and an external access ladder to facilitate safe access to the existing roof of 7–8 markievicz road for plant and water tank maintenance; and all associated site works, services, drainage and ancillary works.
