- 772.42 m2, and the associated demolition / removal of the existing party wall, internal stairs, partitions walls, office enclosure, toilet areas, ceiling and mezzanine floor areas (81.82 m2)
- Change of use for the new enlarged unit from light industrial use to a builders’ merchant / trade counter depot with ancillary warehouse, showroom/display, office and staff facilities
- Proposed works to include all necessary site and associated development works, including construction of a new mezzanine floor of 187 m2 and internal stair access, minor modifications to the elevations to include a new customer entrance with associated signage behind the existing roller shutter doors, widening of the existing roller shutter door opening, external signage and associated lighting, and a new fire escape door
