Development description

Change the use of the existing 'public house' to a local amenity 'artisan food and craft shop' and maintain the existing restaurant and ancilliary facilities in their existing use. The existing floor areas will remain as per the attached plans. There will be no structural modifications made to the property either externally or internally. All works will be cosmetic redecoration only. Our use of the premises will be between the hours of 10am and 7pm and there will therefore be no intensification of use from the existing use 'public house' to 'artisan food and craft shop'. Activity at the property will be spread evenly over the day between 10am and 7pm unlike the existing use where the use is intensified at peak evening and weekend times.
