Works to include the replacement of existing sliding entrance porch door (2sqm) with new insulated front door and glazed screen with door to rear garden, all with high performance glazing and frames. New pitched roof extension to have white painted render external wall finish, 1no. Main + 3 no. Minor rooflights, and new rainwater goods generally.
