(a) repair works to roof and rainwater goods throughout; (b) remedial works to windows where required, and also the fixing open of windows with internal bird protections, to increase ventilation flow throughout the building, but also to prevent the ingress of birds; removal of storm glazing from selected stained glass windows; (c) specialist conservation of paintings on site; (d) specialist protections to items of interest on site (particular reference to the science room, the music room and the chapel); (e) opening up works associated with timber decay, and to enable associated structural strengthening required in areas which are of structural concern; (f) services installation works to include: (1) full drain down of mechanical installation in unoccupied areas, (2) making safe and isolating electrical installation in unoccupied areas, (3) fire compartmentation and upgrading works throughout to include works to fire alarm in occupied and unoccupied areas; (4) consolidation works to existing lightening protection system; (g) external ground clearance and general landscaping works, and all ancilliary works associated with the above items.
