Metres, canopy to include for illumination, forecout, underground tank farm, offloading slab, housed car wash facility, new service bay, trash compound, illuminated signage and ancillary works. Permission is also sought for the preparation of hot food for consumption off the premises for the petrol station and for the preparation of hot food for consumption off and on the premises for the fast food restaurant. Block l has a revised site layout for the siting of the petrol station and fast food restaurant along with associated revised car parking layout. Fast food restaurant consists of 106 sq. Metres of public seating area with 226 sq. Metre of gross floor space and illuminated signage. Block j alterations to elevational treatment and footprint, two retail units altered to one retail/showroom/ offices of 763 sq. Metres, plant of 35 sq. Metres all at ground floor level, offices of 3,059 sq. Metres on three floors over ground with 100 sq. Metres of covered roof top plant above. Alterations to block k in compliance with conditions 19 and 23 of planning reg. Ref.
