(b) construction of a new filling station incorporating a convienience store building of 203sqm with retail sales area of 100sqm and a atm facility of 7sq: a new 5.4m high canopy illuminated: 4 no. 40,000 litre underground petrol and diesel storage tanks: a conveyor car-wash facility including a glazed housing unit of 86sqm and a plant room of 19sqm: a 6m high company sign illuminated: new corporate signs and insignia and any ancillary contingent works. (c) construction of a single storey, free standing 'drive-thru' restaurant with facility for the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises, ancillary signage and a pedestrian access from the road. (d) site works incorporating a new 1.5m wide footpath at the front of the site: relocation of the bus stop, a new 600mm high front boundary wall: reduction in width and relocation of existing access and egress points into the site: 29 no. Car parking spaces: a comprehensive landscaping scheme and miscellaneous contingent works.
