Development comprising alterations and extensions to apartment block b to provide for an increase of 14 apartments in an already permitted development under reg. Refs. S99a/0269, s01a/0070, and s01a/0071. Block b as permitted comprises a 6/8 storey over basement building with 77 apartments. The proposed development will provide 14 additional units by: (a) inserting an extra floor at 4th floor level, containing 13 no. Two bedroom units. This will have the effect of raising the overall height of the building to 7/9 storeys; (b) providing 1 no. One-bedroom apartment and 1 no. Two-bedroom apartment at 6th floor level; and (c) removing 1 no. Two-bedroom apartment from its permitted location on the 7th floor. This results in a net increase of 14 units. Block b will now comprise a total of 91 residential units consisting of 1 no. One-bedroom apartment, 87 no. Two-bedroom apartments and 3 no. Three-bedroom apartments. Permission is also sought for site development and landscape works and a revised basement layout to accommodate additional car parking spaces. Vehicular access will be via a permitted access (reg.
